This role involves technical leadership, SAP integrations, compliance‑driven archival strategy, and stakeholder collaboration across business and IT teams.Key Responsibilities Solution Design & Architecture Architect OpenText Archival solutions usingArchive Center, Content Server, and Extended ECM Define compliant archival strategies for structured and unstructured data Ensure scalability, performance optimization, and high availability Implementation & Delivery Lead end‑to‑end OpenText Archival implementations from requirement gathering to go‑live Drive integrations withSAP ECC / S/4HANA, SAP ILM, SAP Archive Link , and third‑party systems Oversee installations, upgrades, patching, migrations, retention, and lifecycle management Leadership & Governance Lead and mentor OpenText consultants and technical teams Review designs, configurations, and enforce best practices and documentation Act as escalation point for complex technical issues Stakeholder & Operations Management Collaborate with SAP, infrastructure, business, and vendor teams Translate compliance and business needs into technical solutions Provide Level‑3 production support and support audit/compliance reviewsRequired Skills & Experience 5–9+ years of overall IT experience 5+ years hands‑on experience withOpenText Archival solutions Strong expertise inSAP Archive Link, SAP ILM, Extended ECM Experience with SAP ECC / S/4HANA integrations Knowledge of retention management, legal hold, and regulatory compliance Leadership experience in driving teams and enterprise projectsPreferred Qualifications OpenText certifications (Archiving / Extended ECM) Experience in regulated industries (Banking, Pharma, Healthcare) Exposure to cloud‑based archiving (Azure / AWS) Agile / SAFe project experience
