Translate design concepts to prototype solutions as quickly and tangibly as possible, with a balanced understanding of technical feasibility implications and design intent.Must have skills : Oracle Cloud Visual BuilderExperience: 12 year(s) of experience is requiredEducational Qualification : 15 years full time educationExternal Locking:Project Role: Oracle Fusion Cloud PaaS LeadRole Overview:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Oracle Fusion Cloud PaaS Lead to drive the design, development, and deployment of applications and extensions on the Oracle Fusion Cloud Platform (PaaS) using Visual Builder (VBCS).In this role, you will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Oracle Visual Builder, leading offshore teams while collaborating with global stakeholders and cross-functional business teams. You will translate business and technical requirements into scalable, high-performance solutions and ensure seamless integration across Oracle SaaS modules, including ERP, HCM, SCM, and EPM.Key Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of applications and extensions on Oracle Visual Builder- Act as the PaaS SME, driving solution design, configuration, deployment, and monitoring- Conduct requirement gathering workshops and translate business and technical needs into scalable solutions- Build, configure, and maintain VBCS applications integrated with Oracle SaaS and PaaS services- Ensure seamless end-to-end integration across cross-functional modules- Serve as the primary point of contact for the offshore PaaS workstream and ensure alignment with onshore and client teams- Manage project lifecycle phases including SIT, UAT, deployment, and production support for Visual Builder applications- Oversee integration with REST/SOAP APIs, workflow orchestration, and data management- Ensure compliance with client Fusion Cloud development standards, security, governance, and best practices- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for application performance, UX, and maintainability- Support incident management, troubleshooting, and post-go-live stabilization- Lead and mentor offshore team members to ensure high performance and delivery qualityProfessional & Technical Skills:- Strong expertise in Oracle Visual Builder (VBCS) – application development, customization, and deployment- Experience with REST and SOAP web services integration- Hands-on knowledge of front-end UI design and reactive applications- Experience integrating VBCS applications with Oracle ERP, HCM, SCM, and EPM modules- Familiarity in working with OIC, ATP DB, PL/SQL and BIP reports.- Knowledge of security, authentication, and role-based access configuration- Familiarity with Oracle JET, JavaScript, and Fusion Cloud development best practices- End-to-end experience in application lifecycle management: design build deploy support- Experience in handling CICD Pipeline using OCI platform.- Experience leveraging AI technologies to build, optimize, and enhance business- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills- Experience working in global delivery models (onshore-offshore)
