ETL Developer - Snowflake and Matillion

Job Title: Senior Data Engineer (Snowflake & Matillion) Locations: Hyderabad Bangalore Pune Chennai GurgaonKey Responsibilities Lead the design and development of scalableETL/ELT pipelinesusingMatillion and Snowflake . Architect, build, and optimizedata modelsto support analytics and reporting requirements. Drivedata integrationfrom multiple on-prem and cloud sources into Snowflake. Implement and maintain best practices indata quality, governance, and security . Collaborate withBI and analytics teamsto enable data-driven insights. Mentor and guide junior data engineers ontechnical best practices and development standards . Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize pipelines forperformance and reliability . Automate workflows, deployment, and testing processes usingCI/CD tools . Partner with stakeholders to translatebusiness requirements into scalable data solutions . Required Skills & Experience 6+ years of experience indata engineering, data warehousing, or related roles . Strong expertise inSnowflake– architecture, performance tuning, and data modeling. Hands-on experience withMatillion ETLfor building and orchestrating complex pipelines. Proficiency inSQLand data transformation scripting. Experience withcloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) , preferably AWS. Knowledge ofdata lake concepts, schema design, and best practices in data architecture . Familiarity withPythonor similar scripting languages for automation and data manipulation. Strong understanding ofdata governance, data quality, and security frameworks .
