Beverage Innovation Officer (Mixologist & Sales) – Delhi

We are growing rapidly, and every Swa member shares responsibility for our future.​Key Responsibilities: Curate and craft inventive cocktails, mocktails, and specialty beverages using Swa syrups for prospects, clients, and industry events. Conduct engaging tastings, workshops, and bartender training/engagement sessions for clients and their teams. Lead client acquisition efforts: identify and win new HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés) and food service accounts inDelhi. Nurture existing client relationships to drive deeper sales and account penetration. Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams for new recipe launches, tailored presentations, and go-to-market strategies. Represent Swa at local and regional events, F&B showcases, and industry collaborations. Own revenue, sales pipeline, reporting, and innovative projects for theDelhiregion.Requirements: 3+ years’ experience in mixology/bartending with a proven sales or client-facing track record in food & beverage, hospitality, or FMCG sales.​ Demonstrated flair for beverage innovation, bartending, and high-energy client presentations. Strong network builder; able to open new accounts and convert tastings/workshops into sales. Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills. Ownership mindset and self-starter attitude.
