7+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 5 years on the ServiceNow platform. Minimum 3 years of hands-on configuration experience in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD). Strong understanding of HRSD modules including Case Management, Knowledge, Lifecycle Events, and Employee Center. Proficient in ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, Scoped Applications, Script Includes, Business Rules, and REST/SOAP integrations. Experience with enterprise-level HR service environments and large-scale implementations. Certified ServiceNow HRSD Implementation Specialist or Certified System Administrator (CSA). Unit testing, Defect fixing – all testing cycles, movement between instances, cutover and go live hypercare support. Experience with ITSM, CSM, or other ServiceNow modules.
