UI/UX Designer

Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 2+ years of experience to craft seamless, visually engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator etc), Figma, and have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to bring intuitive designs to life and enhance user satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: ● Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces for web and mobile applications. ● Conduct user research, create user personas, and define user journeys. ● Optimize designs based on user feedback, A/B testing, and usability testing. ● Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to communicate design ideas. ● Collaborate with developers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless user experiences. ● Maintain design consistency by following brand guidelines and UI design systems. ● To adhere to style standards on typography and graphic design. ● Stay ahead of UI/UX trends, emerging technologies, icons, graphic design and style standards on typography to continuously improve user experiences. ● To Design UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets. ● To Test UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages. Requirements: ● 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design. ● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, etc. ● Strong understanding of wireframing, prototyping, and user research methodologies. ● Should have working knowledge of the related technologies and software that include Sketch, InVision, iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite. ● Experience with Figma, Sketch, or other design tools is a plus. ● Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. ● A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects. ● Should be Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks. ● Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment. ● Familiarity with motion graphics or animations for interactive elements is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: ● Experience in designing for mobile and web applications. ● Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams. ● Ability to interpret data and analytics to enhance user experience.
