Experience: 9 to 20 Years Job Description: Informatica MDM – • Become a trusted advisor to CDO / CIO / VP of IT and help them define MDM strategies aligned with their business objectives and regulatory compliance. • Having 9-19 years of experience in guiding customers with MDM concepts, methodologies, industry best practices and emerging trends. • Experience delivering consulting engagements associated with data management and analytics projects, acting as the data lead experienced in master data and data governance • Performing assessment and requirement gathering to consolidate MDM use cases and build MDM solution blueprint • Engage with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and data owners, to facilitate effective communication, consensus building, developing interfaces between MDM and other systems change management during MDM initiatives and related documentation. • Document Business and functional requirements including data model, mapping/cleansing, matching, hierarchies, and interfaces. • Experience in implementing and successfully delivering at least two MDM solutions. • Hands on experience in one or more technologies in this space such as Informatica, SAP MDG, Semarchy etc. • Familiarity with multiple domains and/or cross-domain understanding. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify data-related issues and propose effective solutions. • Define best practices for development, automation, monitoring, and version control. • Bring leadership skills and a positive attitude with a flair for driving organization wide initiatives. • Good to have certification in Informatica, SAP MDG, Semarchy or similar technology.
