More information is available at : - Job Summary The Implementation Project Manager is responsible for managing end‑to‑end transitions of Health (Group Life, Disability, Supplemental Health, etc.) This role also manages new business onboarding, enhancement initiatives, and upgrade projects for existing clients. The position ensures seamless service delivery through effective project management, cross‑functional coordination, and exceptional client experience.Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all project tasks and deliverables for complex plan takeovers and new business implementations. Oversee upgrade and enhancement projects for existing Voya clients, ensuring timely and accurate execution. Maintain clear and structured communication on project status, risks, and milestones to all stakeholders. Serve as the primary liaison between clients, prior recordkeepers, consultants, external vendors, and internal teams. Ensure consistent, high‑quality client experience across all interactions and processes. Participate in Sales and RFP presentations for prospective clients, providing subject‑matter expertise as needed. Demonstrate strong understanding of multiple Health and Wealth products to collect policy requirements and plan provisions. Anticipate client needs and proactively identify alternative solutions, options, and risk mitigations. Utilize internal systems and databases to manage project workflows, documentation, and quality checks. Deliver on customer expectations and project commitments independently and within agreed timelines. Identify potential escalations and take proactive steps to resolve or mitigate issues. Ensure that project decisions consider downstream impacts to operations, compliance, and customer experience. Recommend process enhancements and support implementation of new initiatives, products, and technology improvements. Lead or contribute to continuous improvement efforts related to implementation practices and cross‑functional collaboration. Manage multiple concurrent projects, each ranging up to 12 months in duration. Balance day‑to‑day responsibilities while maintaining oversight of critical project management functions in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.Required Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred. 5–10+ yearsof experience in: Health (Group Life, Disability, Supplemental Health), or 5+ yearsof implementation project management experience required.Skills & Competencies Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong ability to manage shifting priorities while maintaining project accuracy and deadlines. Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking capabilities. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with consultative approach. Demonstrated critical thinking, analytical capability, and independent problem‑solving skills.
