With a focus on enhancing the customer journey, RoamPrime aims to bridge the gap between affordability and quality in the two-wheeler market.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for an Assistant Manager - HR Operations. In this position, you will oversee day-to-day HR operations, Hiring, develop and implement HR policies, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with organizational and legal requirements. You will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture, managing HR processes, and supporting the end-to-end employee lifecycle within the organization.Qualifications- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) operations and HR management - Experience in Hiring - Experience in designing and implementing HR policies - Strong skills in employee relations and conflict resolution - Ability to manage and optimize HR processes efficiently - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - Familiarity with statutory compliance and labor laws in India - Prior experience in an HR management or operations role is preferredThe role gives the candidate an opportunity to be a part of an early team and effectively shape up organisation culture while working directly with the Founders.
