We’ve Got the Perfect Trainee Role for You!”ABOUT THE ROLE:“To ensure the region/ client specific timesheet saving processing happens accurately by adhering to defined service level agreements.”Roles & Responsibilities:- Payroll inputs received from different stakeholders should be validated and updated on the files that are issued to the Finance teams - Calculation of final salary payment for leavers which include leave encashment, expense claims, calculation and pro-rated salary. - Keeping up to date on new starters, leavers and promotions within the company with Effective date advised - Ensuring that all necessary documentation is kept in an orderly manner for audit purposes. - Well-versed in statutory requirements pertaining to payroll administration. - Responding to employees and internal teams when there are payroll inquiries, including and not limited to pay details, tax withholdings, salary breakdown, etc. - Assisting Accountants in Ad hoc reports if any - The payroll output files generated from payroll system should be validated as per the payroll calendar - Hands on experience in ADP/SAP payroll software payroll administration, would be helpful. - However full training will be given on the ADP system for the UK - Closely work with HR to demonstrate payroll & resolve any discrepancies - Check the payroll v/s ADP calculations of SMP, Pension calculations - Coordinate with stakeholders and service provider to run the payrolls every monthWhat We’re Looking For:- Experience – 6months to 3 years of relevant experience in handling staff payroll. - Qualification – Payroll certification (CIPP), Commerce graduate/CA IPCC/any other relevant qualification - Ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll in accordance with local statutory requirements and regulations with great computational ability - Organized and possess a high attention to detail. - Very good communication skills with good English vocabulary - Skilled in Excel & ERP’s - Soft Skills - Analytical and problem-solving skills, Time Management, Strong written & verbal communication, Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, Ability to handle a high volume of time - sensitive materials & Active learning.Why NES Fircroft?- Financial Stability: Competitive salary with a strong bonus scheme. - Work-Life Balance: Generous WFH policy (2 days per week) and early finish on Fridays. - Time Off: 18 days of paid leave plus birthday leave, 12 days of casual/sick leave, and 12 bank holidays.
