Director, HR Technology, Operations & ComplianceBangalore, India | Full-Time | Reports to: CHRO About the Company Series B-funded, global B2B SaaS company operating across 150+ countries. We're building the infrastructure for the future of global employment and are at an exciting inflection point in our growth journey. The Role A greenfield opportunity to architect and own our entire HR Technology, Operations & Compliance function. You'll report directly to the CHRO and work closely with the founding team. Open toDirector or Senior Directordepending on profile. What You'll Own Design and deliver the full HR Tech Stack (ATS, HRIS, HCM, Absence, Performance, C&B, Travel Portal) Build an AI-driven Shared Services Centre for global employee experience, Benefits Ops & query management Own Global Payroll across 50+ countries Own Global Labour Compliance, audits, and ESOP administration Establish GDPR-compliant Data and Audit Frameworks Must Have: 15+ years of progressive experience in HR Technology, Operations & Compliance Managed at least one end-to-end global HRIS implementation; hands-on experience withHiBob or Workday Strong working knowledge across the HR tech landscape: ATS, HRIS, HCM, Absence Management, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits Led payroll operations Managed HR operations acrossNAMER + EMEA or APAC(global scope preferred) Built Global HR Processes, Policies, and Chatbot/AI support systems Background in aglobal captive shared services centreor aB2B / Tech SaaS company Good to Have: Experience leading a company's transition fromlegacy systems to an AI-driven ecosystem Ledglobal labour complianceprograms Previously led ashared services centre Has worked directly withFounders or C-suitein a startup/scale-up environment Tri-regional experience across NAMER, EMEA, and APACNice to have: AI/legacy transformation experience, global labour compliance leadership, worked directly with Founders
