The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in payroll processing, vendor coordination, and compliance, with strong communication and analytical skills.Key Responsibilities:- Independently handle global payroll operations (LATAM) across multiple geographies. - Prepare payroll inputs and maintain attendance and time tracking data. - Coordinate with payroll vendors for timely and accurate payroll execution. - Validate payroll outputs shared by vendors and ensure accuracy. - Respond to employee queries related to payroll and statutory deductions. - Liaise with internal and external auditors for payroll-related audits. - Maintain compliance with local statutory regulations and labor laws. - Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams for smooth payroll delivery. - Support process improvements and automation initiatives.Desired Candidate Profile:- Strong understanding of payroll processes (LATAM) and statutory compliance. - Experience in vendor management and payroll validations. - Basic knowledge of Compensation & Benefits and accounting principles. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders. - Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities. - Experience in handling employee queries and audit requirements.
