Hiring NPD Executive - Packaging Development

We are looking for adynamic and detail-oriented NPD Executiveto join ourPackaging Development team . Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and executeNew Product Development (NPD)projects from concept to production. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, production, QA, and supply chain. Work closely with customers forpackaging feasibility, mock-ups, and approval processes . Supporttrial runs, testing, and sample developmentto ensure packaging quality and compliance.Required Skills & QualificationsAny Degree/Diplomo/Bachelor’s degree inPackaging Technology / Printing / Engineeringor related field. 1–3 years of experience inpackaging development / NPD(preferably in FMCG, Toys, or Consumer Goods). Strong understanding ofpaperboard, corrugation, and printing processes . Good communication and coordination skills. Proficient in ArtiosCAD, Adobe Creative Suite familiar with design/packaging software will be an added advantage.Attractive salary based skills and Experience. Company Accommodation Available.
