Job descriptionPosition: Technical / Domain Trainer – MERN Stack, Software Testing (Selenium) & Python (Flask, Quixote ) Type: Freelance / Consultant (Short Duration – Immediate Requirement) (Will be taken on the Institution's role if delivery standards in the the scheduled Training Modules are high and as per expectations) Number of Positions: 03 (1 each for the 3 Modules/Topics Mentioned below) Location: Bengaluru Start Date: Training to commence within 1 week Key Responsibilities Conduct intensive short-term training programs for pre-final and final year students preparing for campus placements. Deliver hands-on sessions in one or more of the following domains: MERN Stack Development (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) Software Testing (Selenium framework, automation, real-time test cases) Python Coding (Flask, Quixote, related frameworks & industry use cases) Prepare and provide industry-aligned content, assignments, and case studies. Mentor students on technical interview preparation, coding assessments, and placement-specific technical tests. Collaborate with the placement team to ensure high-quality outcomes and student readiness. Share insights into industry best practices, real-world project scenarios, and emerging technologies. Required Skills & Competencies Strong expertise in at least one of the following domains: MERN Stack Development Software Testing (Selenium) Python with Flask / Quixote Prior experience in technical training, mentoring, or corporate workshops (preferably placement-oriented). Ability to design and deliver short-term, high-impact training modules. Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills. Ability to engage students through interactive, practice-driven sessions. Eligibility & Experience Educational Background: Graduate / Postgraduate in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred, not mandatory if strong Training experience in relevant domain). Experience: Minimum 7+ years of relevant industry and/or training experience. Freelancers / consultants with proven placement training exposure will be given preference.
