Hiring Diamond & Gemology Faculty

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Gemology & Diamond Faculty to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in gem identification, diamond grading & sorting , practical industry experience, and a flair for teaching. Key Responsibilities: Teach Gemology (colored stones, synthetics, treatments) or Diamond Grading (4Cs, certification standards, sorting techniques) to diploma and advanced-level students. Conduct hands-on lab sessions using professional gem & diamond grading tools and equipment (e.g., microscope, loupe, spectroscope, refractometer). Evaluate student performance through practical and theoretical assessments. Stay updated with global grading standards, treatments, synthetics, and market trends. Guide students with academic and career counseling. Maintain lab instruments and ensure accurate handling of gemstones and diamonds. Contribute to course development, paper setting, and evaluations. Represent the institute at events, exhibitions, and guest lectures when required. Required Qualifications: Graduate/Diploma in Gemology or Diamond Grading from a recognized institute. Experience in teaching related subjects highly encouraged. Strong communication and classroom management skills. Proficiency in English (knowledge of regional languages is a plus). Familiarity with digital teaching tools (PowerPoint, digital microscopes, etc.). Preferred Attributes: Passion for mentoring and shaping future professionals. Attention to detail, professionalism, and academic discipline. Any Relevant study certification from recognized institute or university. Salary: Commensurate with experience and qualifications.
