Total experience : 3 to 8 yrs Location : Bangalore Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days Job Description: Interact with clients and stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical reporting solutions Perform fit gap analysis between business needs and standard SuccessFactors Employee Central, Time - Off functionalities Configure and optimize respective modules in alignment with business blueprints and best practices Prepare and execute test cases test plans and scripts for quality assurance of reporting solutions Provide consulting services on HCM best practices and support Work. Hands-on with data models XML MDF foundation objects business rules and workflows Support system translations and upload translation packs as required for Employee Central Reporting Ensure smooth operation and timely support for Reporting addressing issues promptly Maintain UpToDate documentation for configurations and reporting solutions Serve as a subject matter expert in SuccessFactors Reporting focusing on Employee Central Core, Time - off and Employee Central Reporting Apply deep knowledge of Employee Central processes and data models within global organizations Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business requirements and reporting needs Contribute to continuous enhancements and support activities for SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions Leverage experience in system configuration data modeling and HCM cloud best practices Demonstrate effective communication and collaboration skills when working with cross functional teams Stay updated with the latest SuccessFactors features and recommend relevant improvements Skill combination - Employee Central, Time-off and Reporting Working Model: We are not providing any remote work, and it is permanent role.
