The Senior Physiotherapist will evaluate and develop treatment plans for patients, supervise therapy sessions, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care. Additional responsibilities include maintaining patient records, mentoring junior staff, and staying updated on advancements in physiotherapy practices.Qualifications- Strong skills in patient assessment, diagnosis, and creating personalized treatment plans - Experience in manual therapy techniques, rehabilitation, and pain management - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills - Ability to mentor and guide junior physiotherapists - Proficiency in documentation and maintaining detailed patient records - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT) from a recognized institute - State license or registration to practice physiotherapy - Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
