Group fitness coach (experienced)

About Us Club Everstrong is Bangalore’s first boutique studio blending science-backed training & recovery. We are seeking experienced group class instructors to lead high-quality training sessions and mentor junior coaches. Role Overview As a Senior Instructor, you will be the Lead Coach in group classes, supported by two junior assistants per session. You’ll design workouts, deliver top-tier coaching, and mentor the next generation of trainers. Responsibilities • Lead group fitness classes (strength, conditioning, Hyrox-style). • Work with junior assistants to ensure every member gets attention. • Mentor and upskill junior instructors. • Contribute to program design and member progress tracking. • Maintain Everstrong’s culture of premium training and recovery. Requirements • 3+ years of experience in group class instruction (CrossFit, HIIT, Strength & Conditioning, etc.). • Certified trainer (ACE, NASM, ACSM, ActiveIQ, or equivalent). • Strong communication & leadership skills. • Passion for fitness and community building. • Based in/willing to relocate near Bellandur, Bangalore.
