Medical Operations Intern

About the Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Medical Operations Intern to support our Medical Operations team. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in roster management, staffing coordination, and operational support for a healthcare setup. You will work closely with our medical operations associates to ensure smooth scheduling and functioning of the medical team. Internship Details: Duration: 3–6 months Stipend: Competitive pay, based on skills and interview performance Mode: Full-time (Work from Office – Bangalore) Possibility of a full-time offer based on performance. Key Responsibilities: Assist in preparing rosters for ECG, ECHO, and PGDCC schedules. Help coordinate leave and duty replacements for doctors. Support in tracking and monitoring queue sizes, adding doctors on duty if required. Assist in monitoring early/late logins for the medical team. Help in training coordination for doctors on different case types. Maintain operational data in Google Sheets/MS Excel. Who We’re Looking For: Fresh graduates or students in their final year (BCom, BBA, B.Tech, B.E, or equivalent). Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills. Comfortable with basic mathematics/statistics. Proficient in basic computing and Google Sheets/MS Excel. Good communication and coordination skills. Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
