Hospitality Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic CRS Functional Consultant to join our team at ITC Infotech India Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding and analyzing business requirements, configuring systems according to the set specifications, and ensuring that the implemented solutions meet business needs. The role requires collaborating with various stakeholders, including technical teams and business users, to facilitate effective communication and ensure project success.Key Responsibilities:- Gather and analyze business requirements to develop functional specifications.- Configure and customize CRS applications to meet client requirements.- Provide end-user training and support for CRS systems.- Conduct system testing and validations to ensure functionality and performance.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and project managers, to deliver solutions on time.- Prepare documentation, including user manuals and process guides.- Participate in project meetings and provide updates on progress and challenges.- Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in CRS technology.Skills Required:- Strong understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) concepts and processes.- Experience in configuring and implementing CRS systems.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Experience with project management methodologies.Tools Required:- Proficiency in CRS platforms and related software tools.- Familiarity with database management and reporting tools.- Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., SQL, Java) is a plus.- Understanding of integration tools and APIs for system interoperability.- Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools for project management.
