We are always looking for passionate professionals who are eager to contribute to culinary excellence and long-term brand building.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for an Executive Sous Chef. The Executive Sous Chef will oversee kitchen operations, manage food preparation, and ensure consistent quality. Responsibilities include menu planning, monitoring inventory, supervising kitchen staff, maintaining food safety and hygiene standards, and supporting cost control initiatives. The role involves collaborating closely with the Head Chef to innovate and deliver exceptional vegan and vegetarian dishes while ensuring operational efficiency.Qualifications- Proficiency in kitchen management, food safety protocols, and inventory control - Strong skills in food preparation, presentation, and pacing for high-volume production - Experience in supervising and training kitchen staff, including delegation and team leadership - Ability to execute menu planning, costing, and resource optimization efficiently - Creativity and knowledge of vegetarian and vegan recipes and cuisine trends - Strong organizational and communication abilities in a fast-paced environment - Relevant certification or degree in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management is an advantage - Experience in the food and beverage industry, especially in a vegetarian/vegan setting, is preferred
