Job Description:

Role Summary As a CDP at Food Whisperer, you’ll lead a specific section of the kitchen—such as , South Indian, North Indian, Chinese, or Awadhi—and ensure every dish meets the brand’s high standards for taste, presentation, and consistency. Key Responsibilities Section Management : Independently run your assigned kitchen section with precision and ownership. Cooking & Presentation : Prepare dishes according to standard recipes; ensure mise en place is ready for smooth service. Quality Control : Maintain consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation; check freshness and storage. Team Collaboration : Coordinate with Sous and Head Chefs; mentor junior staff in technique and hygiene. Inventory & Waste Management : Monitor stock, report shortages, minimize waste, and ensure proper labeling and storage. Requirements 5–8 years of professional kitchen experience, ideally in a CDP or similar role. Expertise in at least one Cuisine(South India, Chinese, Mughlai etc.). Strong grasp of culinary techniques, hygiene standards, and kitchen operations. Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain quality during busy service.
