Senior Physical Verification EngineerLocation: Bengaluru, IndiaExperience: 5+ YearsEmployment Type: Full-timeRole OverviewWe are looking for a Senior Physical Verification Engineer with strong hands-on experience in LVS and DRC to support advanced-node SoC and block-level physical verification. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, technically strong, and comfortable working in fast-paced silicon development environments.Key Responsibilities- Perform physical verification (DRC, LVS) for full-chip and block-level designs. - Debug and resolve LVS/DRC violations efficiently with layout and design teams. - Develop, run, and maintain verification flows using industry-standard EDA tools. - Support tape-out activities, ensuring clean signoff quality. - Collaborate closely with PD, layout, and foundry teams to resolve issues. - Contribute to methodology improvements and automation scripts (where applicable).Required Skills & Qualifications- 5+ years of experience in Physical Verification. - Strong expertise in LVS and DRC signoff. - Hands-on experience with advanced process nodes. - Proficiency with tools such as Calibre / IC Validator / Pegasus. - Good understanding of standard cells, IPs, and SoC integration. - Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Good to Have- Experience with ERC, Antenna, Density checks. - Scripting knowledge (Perl / Python / Tcl). - Exposure to foundry rule decks and tape-out flows.About Us:Silicon Patterns is a specialized engineering services company with deep expertise in pre-silicon and post-silicon design and verification.
