System Engineer

Location: Bangalore, IndiaExperience: 2–6 yearsRole Overview:We are looking for a skilled Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineer with strong experience in Systems Engineering and Requirements Management to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Airbus processes, requirements management tools, and a background in aircraft systems.Key Responsibilities:- Work on system engineering activities for aircraft systems. - Manage and validate system requirements using industry-standard tools. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with Airbus standards and processes. - Support design, development, and integration of systems such as Air Supply, Fuel, or Electrical Generation. - Ensure traceability and consistency of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering (MSc desirable). - 2+ years of experience in Systems Engineering. - 2+ years of experience in Requirements Management. - Proficiency in requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS). - Experience working in Airbus environment and processes. - Background in one or more of the following systems desirable: - Air Supply - Fuel - Electrical GenerationPreferred Attributes:- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
