Job Title - Senior Engineer – ElectricalJob Location - Bengaluru, KarnatakaBusiness Unit - ESP/ SwedenBusiness Segment Name - Property & BuildingWork Experience- 8 to 12 YearsJob DescriptionRole SummaryIncumbent will be a part of building services team for Property & Building segment and will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality support to Principal Engineers for WSP Services team.Responsibilities- Preparing schedules and calculations - Communicating with Spain colleagues on daily basis - Develop positive professional relationship with the WSP in India Team, communicating openly about project progress - Participate in Project meetings, team meetings and act as per task assigned - Manage delegated tasks to ensure that deadlines are met and flag resourcing concerns to team leader - Identify and flag challenges when encountered to seniors at right time - Complete timesheet accurately ahead of weekly deadlines - Undertake technical reviews, peer reviews, checks and contribute to the design.Key Competencies / Skills:Mandatory Skills- Experience of electrical design in building services i.e. LV systems design, fire alarm design, containment design. - Hands-on experience with software like AutoCAD, MEP Revit, Navisworks, BIM platforms, & other drafting software - Must be conversant with technical software, such as Amtec, Dialux, ETAP - The applicant will have proven experience in the design of Building Services with significant experience in a similar role or demonstration of a good track record. - Working knowledge of Nordics / European /DEWA, NBC, NFPA, Kahramaa, Saudi Codes and other local codesDesired Skills- The applicant should have design experience of European ProjectsQualifications- B.E/B. Tech (Electrical) - Should have 8-12 years of experience.Mandatory SkillsElectrical Design, electrical engineering, Lighting Design, Cable Sizing, DIALux, AutoCAD, Revit MEP, BIM, Navisworks.Desirable SkillsRevit MEP, Electrical Systems Engineering, Team player, good communication skills.
