We Are Hiring: Façade Project Engineer / Senior Project EngineerLocation: Bangalore, Karnataka, IndiaIndustry: Façade Engineering, Façade Contracting, Project ManagementAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Façade Project Engineer / Senior Project Engineer to oversee and manage façade projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will work closely with design, production, procurement, and site teams to ensure smooth execution, quality assurance, and timely project delivery. This role requires a strong understanding of façade systems, project planning, and stakeholder management.Key Responsibilities- Project Planning & Execution: Develop and implement site installation plans and define the sequence of activities to ensure seamless project execution. - Technical Coordination: Work closely with design, production, and procurement teams to align project schedules and deliverables. - Site Supervision & Management: Oversee and manage site supervisors, ensuring quality standards, compliance, and safety protocols are followed. - Method Statements & Reports: Prepare and review method statements, project reports, and quality assurance documentation. - Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with vendors, and internal teams to resolve technical and operational challenges. - Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular project updates and addressing concerns. - Risk & Cost Management: Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and control project costs. - Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to industry standards, safety regulations, and project specifications. - Progress Monitoring: Track project timelines, oversee material deliveries, and ensure timely completion of milestones.Qualifications and Skills- Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. - Experience: 7-8 years of experience in façade engineering, façade contracting, or project management in India or GCC. - Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of Facade systems - Project Management Skills: Experience in installation planning, sequencing activities, resource allocation, and vendor coordination. - Software Proficiency: Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Project, and project management tools. - Leadership & Communication: Ability to manage site teams, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and communicate effectively with clients. - Problem-Solving: Hands-on approach to resolving on-site challenges and ensuring quality execution.What We Offer- Competitive Salary & Benefits based on experience. - Opportunity for Career Growth in a leading façade engineering company. - Dynamic Work Environment with exposure to high-value projects.
