Job Title:Senior Data Science/AI Engineer (MS Fabric + OneLake) Location:Bengaluru / Noida / Gurugram / Pune / Mumbai Job Type:Full Time & Hybrid Experience Level:6 to 12 yrsRole Overview We are seeking a hands-on Senior Data Science/AI Engineer (MS Fabric + OneLake) with deep expertise in Microsoft Fabric and GenAI technologies to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in building, deploying, and maintaining cutting-edge data solutions that leverage both traditional machine learning and advanced LLM-based systems to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making. You will bridge the gap between data engineering and artificial intelligence, ensuring our data agents and analytical dashboards deliver accurate, grounded, and consistent results.Required Qualifications & Skills Microsoft Fabric Expertise:Practical, hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, OneLake, and all related components, including data agents, data pipelines, and integration with Power BI. GenAI Knowledge:Working knowledge of GenAI / LLM-based solutions, including function calling, evaluation frameworks, context engineering (prompting/RAG), and data grounding techniques. Technical Proficiency:Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and experience with data manipulation and analysis libraries. Problem-Solving:Proven ability to translate complex business problems into actionable data and AI solutions. Communication:Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Preferred Qualifications & Skills Experience with Azure services related to AI/ML (e.g., Azure OpenAI Service, Azure ML). Familiarity with data governance and MLOps practices within the Microsoft ecosystem. Previous experience working in a service operations or technical support environment.
