By leveraging next-generation technologies in connectivity, flight control, electrification, and materials, it continues to shape the future of aerospace and defense.Role details:• Title / Designation: Associate Manager • Location: Bangalore • Experience: 12-16 Years • Work mode: On-siteRole & responsibilities:• Inspire and lead the offshore team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. • Strengthen team capabilities by developing technical expertise and building core competencies. • Drive problem-solving initiatives by identifying challenges, prototyping solutions, and documenting insights through whitepapers or technical papers. • Champion the exploration and adoption of emerging technologies. • Ensure seamless communication and coordination across teams and stakeholders. • Promote a culture of integrity, accountability, and collective success.Candidate requirements:• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Engineering with 8+ years of experience in Embedded Software Development and Verification. • Role involves 70% technical and 30% managerial responsibilities. • Active participation across all phases of the software development lifecycle. • Expertise in system software, OS fundamentals, debugging, and C / Embedded C programming. • Hands-on experience with RTOS (VxWorks, LynxOS), multicore/multithreaded systems, and device driver development. • Strong knowledge of ARM and PowerPC architectures. • Proficient in embedded tools such as JTAG, Lauterbach, and analyzers. • Skilled in Software Configuration Management (SCM) and change control tools – DOORS, JIRA, GIT, Confluence. • Familiar with Agile methodologies and quality management processes. • Exposure to the avionics domain, with understanding of DO standards and coding practices.Selection Process:• Two Technical Rounds • HR discussion
