You’ll work across the stack and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and excellence.Tasks: Lead the design and development of full stack applications using Java, TypeScript, JavaScript, Angular or React Architect scalable systems and ensure adherence to software development best practices Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals Drive adoption of CI/CD, microservices, and cloud-native practices Mentor junior engineers and lead code reviews Continuously improve system performance, reliability, and maintainabilityProfessional Requirements and Expertise: 9+ years of experience in full stack development Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Strong proficiency in Java, TypeScript, JavaScript, Angular or React Experience with CI/CD, microservices, and cloud platforms Experience in the domain of Supply Chains or Logistics Good to have: Familiarity with Docker, AWS, SQL/NoSQL, and AI/ML integrationPersonal Skills: Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities Excellent problem-solving and architectural thinking Collaborative and proactive mindset Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams Genuine motivation to contribute to 4flow’s success and alignment with company culture and values
