Senior ML Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer who is passionate about designing, building, and deploying scalable ML models and solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and deploy machine learning models  into production environments. Work closely with Data Engineers, Product, and AI teams to deliver end-to-end ML solutions. Optimize model performance and ensure scalability, reliability, and low latency. Explore, experiment, and implement advanced ML techniques including LLMs (Large Language Models)  and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) . Automate ML pipelines for efficient data processing and model training. Document, test, and maintain ML systems to ensure smooth deployment cycles. Required Skills & Qualifications 3-4 + years  of hands-on experience as a Machine Learning Engineer. Strong expertise in Python, ML frameworks  (TensorFlow / PyTorch / Scikit-learn). Proven experience in  deploying ML models  in real-world production environments (Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms ). Solid understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation . Familiarity with cloud environments like AWS / Azure / GCP . Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills. Good to Have Hands-on experience working with LLMs, RAG-based systems, or Generative AI  projects. Exposure to NLP, Transformers, and Vector Databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, etc.) . Experience with MLOps tools  (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, CI/CD pipelines).
