Job Description – Principal Engineer (Java, Spring Boot, Insurance/BFSI) Work Mode: 5 days from office Location: Whitefield We are looking for a seasoned Principal Engineer with 8+ years of experience in software development, specializing in Java and Spring Boot frameworks. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise with project management and workflow automation tools such as Camunda, RTV, or similar, and strong experience in designing and architecting enterprise-grade software solutions in the Insurance or BFSI domain. Key Requirements: ● 8+ years of professional software development experience with Java and Spring Boot. ● Proficiency in project management/workflow tools like Camunda, RTV, or equivalents. ● Proven track record in designing, architecting, and delivering large-scale software solutions tailored for Insurance or BFSI sectors. ● Deep understanding of business processes, regulations, and compliance requirements within Insurance/BFSI. ● Strong leadership skills to guide technical teams, uphold code quality, and define architectural standards. ● Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
