Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Principal. The Principal will oversee the daily operations of the school, including academic programs, student services, and staff management. Additionally, the Principal will work closely with parents, community members, and the school board to promote student success. Qualifications Proven Experience in educational leadership and administration Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in curriculum development and instructional strategies Ability to manage budgets and allocate resources effectively Knowledge of educational policies and regulations Bachelor's degree in Education, Educational Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred Experience in a co-educational and minority school setting is a plus Demonstrated ability to foster a positive and inclusive school environment
