Key Skills: ServiceNow, CMDB, ITOM, itsm, GRC, SecOpsRoles and Responsibilities:- Develop and implement technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform. - Support other developers in integrating existing systems with ServiceNow. - Create technical design documents and write unit test cases. - Ensure adherence to best development practices during support and development. - Manage ServiceNow upgrades and maintain knowledge of ITSM/GRC/SecOps/HRSD/CSM/ITBM processes. - Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders, demonstrating exceptional interpersonal skills. - Work independently and under pressure, especially during second shifts when required. - Perform integrations with various solutions (SaaS, External Apps) using REST API, web services, JSON, and ServiceNow scripting. - Set up standards for quality control and measure performance against those standards. - Maintain excellent attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and effective time management skills.Skills Required:- Strong experience in ServiceNow development and customization - Proficiency in ITSM and other ServiceNow modules (GRC, SecOps, HRSD, CSM, ITBM) - Experience in ServiceNow integrations using REST API, web services, and JSON - Ability to create technical design documents and write unit test cases - Knowledge of ServiceNow upgrades, patching, and platform maintenance - Strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and IT workflows - Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and under pressure, including second shifts if required - Attention to detail, multitasking, and effective time management skills - Understanding of CMDB, ITOM, and SecOps processesEducation: B.Tech / BCA / MCA
