We are building the next generation of sports prediction and gaming experiences; combining crypto, markets, and fandom. We’re growing fast and are looking for a creative, data-driven social media professional to help us build an engaged online community across Twitter (X), Telegram, and Instagram.Role Overview:You’ll own our social presence end-to-end - from content creation and posting to community engagement and campaign performance. You should understand internet culture, prediction markets, and how to make content go viral. Basically, you enjoy living chronically online.What You’ll Do: Own and grow DGbet’s presence on Socials. This includes strategy, content, and engagement. Create timely, relevant, and high-virality content around Web3 trends, sports events, product drops, and memes. Stay glued to crypto culture and react fast to trending topics and onchain moments. Turn content ideas into visuals; Using whatever tools necessary Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on campaigns and growth goals. Track performance data and continuously optimize content for reach and engagement.Skills Required: Chronically online: Deep awareness of social media trends and meme culture. Sports knowledge: Must have a solid understanding of sports; Web3 knowledge is a bonus. Design skills: Proficient with Canva for creating eye-catching visuals. AI fluency: Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, Pika, ChatGPT) to generate visuals, copy, and short-form videos. Video editing: Able to edit short-form videos for Twitter and Reels. 2+ years running a Web3/X account with proven engagement growth. Must have experience growing social accounts from 0 to 10K followers on X and Instagram 2+ years of experience in content marketing, social media, or a creative agency role Ability to connect content performance to business outcomes Exposure to crypto, blockchain, and sports betting is a strong plusWhy Join Us?
