Know BoundariesJob DescriptionJob Title: ABA Scheduling SpecialistLocation: India (Remote)Terms: Market ValueAbout the Position: The ABA Scheduling Specialist will work under the direction of the President/Clinical Director and Scheduling Coordinator. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and motivation to support company growth and ensure high-quality services for clients. The specialist will be responsible for coordinating therapy schedules and ensuring optimal utilization of client hours and staff availability.Responsibilities:●Monitor clients with open availability or unmet direct therapy hours on a daily basis.●Match onboarding RBTs with available client therapy hours.●Create potential weekly schedules for onboarding RBTs.●Communicate regularly with the Scheduling Coordinator and other relevant departments to ensure consistency and quality assurance.●Track and monitor client authorizations to maximize usage of approved service codes.●Assist the Scheduling Coordinator with additional scheduling-related duties as assigned.Candidate Requirements:●Must be available between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST (United States Central Standard Time).●Prior scheduling experience required.●Healthcare scheduling background preferred (ABA experience highly preferred).●Experience using CentralReach preferred.●Strong organizational and communication skills.●Ability to work independently and in collaboration with a remote team.
