Process Lead-Intercompany

Experience: 8 - 10 years of Experience in General Ledger, preferably with Intercompany Accounting ExperienceSkill Set:Fluent English CommunicationExcellent knowledge of accounting principles and standards.Experienced in handling Reconciliations Processes (preferably Intercompany)Knowledge on End to End Intercompany process flowAdept at maintaining an effective relationship with the stakeholdersTeam player with positive attitudeSAP experience is preferredHands on knowledge of MS Office toolsGood analytical knowledgeAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent report writing, communication and IT skills.Roles & Responsibilities:Review of Intercompany Reconciliations as per pre-defined schedulesAnalyzing and resolving Unreconciled open items.Coordinate with other departments in resolving issues.Coordinate with stakeholders in delivering an efficient Intercompany ProcessEnsuring accurate Intercompany Matching and Reporting during month end closePrepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.Responsible for ensuring well controlled processesIdentify and Implement Process ImprovementsAssist with other accounting projects.
