Analyze transactions and customer accounts to identify potential fraudulent activities. Investigate suspicious transactions and escalate issues to the appropriate departments. Communicate with customers to verify transactions and resolve fraud-related issues. Document all interactions and transactions accurately and timely. Provide recommendations for process improvements to minimize fraud risks.
