We simplify procurement for businesses through reliability, speed, and customised solutions.ABOUT THE ROLEWe are seeking an HR Executive to support the day-to-day HR operations at DealBerg. The role involves managing recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance, and documentation processes. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within a dynamic startup environment.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Support end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews. - Manage onboarding and induction for new employees. - Maintain and update employee records and attendance data. - Assist in payroll processing and employee reimbursements. - Handle leave management and related documentation. - Support HR policy implementation and compliance activities. - Organise employee engagement initiatives and internal communications. - Assist in exit formalities and maintain offboarding records.QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 0–2 years of relevant HR experience (internship or full-time). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and HR software tools. - Organised, dependable, and committed to maintaining confidentiality.WHY JOIN DEALBERG?- Opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced startup environment. - Exposure to all facets of HR operations. - Collaborative work culture with room for innovation and ownership.CTC: 3 to 3.5 LPA
