To lead and take end to end accountability to strengthen the brand in the country across all channels. Extensive collaboration with the global brand team for product selection on a regular basis. Involves all aspects of business including Analytics, financial planning, range planning and managing direct and functional teams. Responsible for Business Growth & Profitability (topline, bottom-line) for the portfolio including Inventory Planning, Assortment and directly managing the Buying and merchandising teams while working functionally with the global brand team and local Sourcing, Design, Planning, Business Finance and Marketing teams.
