Senior Amdocs Migration Specialist

Position: Senior Amdocs Migration Specialist Experience: 10–15 years Location: Bangalore, India (subject to change as per client project location and requirements) About the Role: We are looking for a seasoned Amdocs Migration Specialist to lead end-to-end data and system migration initiatives within our telecom transformation program. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Amdocs systems, strong experience managing large-scale migrations, and the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams to ensure a seamless transition. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage migration activities across multiple Amdocs environments, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and integrity of migrated data Define migration strategies, methodologies, and validation frameworks aligned with business and technical objectives Collaborate with cross-functional teams including billing, CRM, integration, and infrastructure teams for coordinated execution Identify risks, dependencies, and performance bottlenecks during migration and propose mitigation strategies Conduct data profiling, mapping, and reconciliation between source and target systems Support post-migration validation, troubleshooting, and optimization activities Drive continuous improvement and standardization of migration processes and tools Required Skills and Experience Minimum 10–15 years of experience in Amdocs platform implementations and migrations Proven track record in large-scale telecom data migrations , preferably within production-grade environments Strong understanding of Amdocs data models, schema structures, and integration layers Experience with ETL tools , migration automation, and validation frameworks Solid understanding of telecom BSS/OSS architecture Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills Ability to lead technical teams and work collaboratively in dynamic, fast-paced environments Preferred Qualifications Experience with cloud-based migration or modernization initiatives (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Exposure to Amdocs CES , CRM, Ordering, or Billing systems Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools used in migration processes If you’re an expert in Amdocs migration and are passionate about driving transformation in telecom systems, we’d love to hear from you.
