Technical Program Manager

Technical Program Manager 10-15yrs Bangalore Role: Seeking a visionary and strategic leader to head our Program Management function, driving complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives across analytics, technology, and AI domains. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing large-scale programs that align with our global business objectives and deliver measurable impact. Core Responsibilities: • Lead the planning, execution, and governance of enterprise-wide transformation programs. • Partner with C-level executives to align program goals with business strategy. • Oversee multiple concurrent programs across analytics, AI, and technology platforms. • Ensure delivery excellence through robust program governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. • Work closely with data science, engineering, product, and business teams to ensure seamless execution. • Drive change management and adoption across global teams. • Champion the integration of emerging technologies (AI/ML, GenAI, cloud platforms) into business processes. • Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and innovation. • Build and mentor a high-performing program management team. • Foster a culture of agility, accountability, and continuous improvement. Skills & Competency: Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Deep understanding of agile and hybrid delivery models. Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity in complex environments. Qualification: 10+ years of experience in program management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of delivering large-scale transformation programs in analytics, technology, or AI. Experience in a global services or consulting environment (e.g., Accenture, Cognizant, Walmart). Strong understanding of data platforms, cloud technologies, and AI/ML frameworks. PMP, PgMP, or SAFe certifications preferred.
