Problem Solving and Troubleshooting: Capability to utilize analytics insights to diagnose common Windows issues. Competence in troubleshooting application compatibility problems. Skill in recommending corrective actions to IT teams to remediate identified issues and improve end user experience. Performance Optimization: Ability to identify trends and optimize performance across the Windows and Mac ecosystem.
