About the Position We are looking for a Company Secretary Intern (Management Trainee). The role will include the following: ● Assistance in preparing and reviewing statutory, secretarial and legal documents ● Support in compliance with corporate governance and regulatory requirements ● Preparation of forms and returns for filing with MCA, RBI and other authorities ● Preparation of resolutions, letters, responses and other documents ● Support in convening of Board Meetings, Committee Meetings and General Meetings ● Maintenance of statutory registers and records ● Conduct research and stay updated on the Companies Act, Foreign Exchange Management Act, and other relevant laws ● Collaboration with various teams to ensure smooth operations ● Assistance in legal assignments (Trademark, NDA, MOU, Insurance, Miscellaneous Registrations, etc.) Job Requirements and Required Skills: ● CS Executive Qualified ● Excellent communication and drafting skills ● Strong attention to detail ● Good knowledge of interpretation of law ● Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines ● Effective teamwork skills ● Quick to take initiative ● LLB will be an additional advantage We offer: ● An innovative and open culture in a truly multicultural environment ● A collaborative and solution-oriented environment where you can make a difference ● A competitive salary and generous benefits
