We are looking for a Research Director(Account Director) to be a part of our esteemed Organization- Hansa Research Group Pvt Ltd. in our Quantitative Research team- Bangalore . Primary Responsibilities: Be a part of the team that creates an effective Quantitative research strategy Should be responsible for Client Management: Client Retention & Growth (includes new business development efforts) Cultivate strong &effective working relationships with internal stakeholders & clients Ensures the achievement of annual revenue goals through a comprehensive strategy. Should be responsible for Team Management & Development To lead own, manage and drive delivery of projects Collaboration with the Global/regional Research & Support teams Essential Skills/Competencies Proven expertise in building relationships to develop and deliver on client commitments with a wide range of stakeholders in FMCG sector or across sectors Good Analytical Skills & Problem-solving ability Strong written and verbal communication skills, a persuasive and passionate communicator with excellent interpersonal skills Qualification: Post Graduation or any Equivalent degree Experience required: 8-10 years of prior Market Research Experience with well- known organizations
