Job Summary: As part of a high-performing strategy team, you will work with leading global and local clients to co-create agile, resilient, and data-driven operating models that align with evolving business strategies and future-of-work trends. You will play a key role in shaping client transformation journeys, managing senior stakeholder relationships, and mentoring junior team members. Roles & Responsibilities:  Lead client engagements in shared services design, operating model development, and organizational redesign.  Drive data-driven strategy and workforce transformation initiatives.  Translate business strategy into actionable operating models and transformation roadmaps.  Leverage analytics and visualization tools to generate insights and recommendations.  Collaborate stakeholders as a trusted advisor.  Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of inclusivity and continuous learning.
