ABOUT THIS ROLE We are looking for a skilled GTM Manager for India to oversee demand forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain optimization. This role requires strong analytical skills, collaboration with key stakeholders, and a proactive approach to improving operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Participate in market and competitive analysis of product categories to provide in-depth industry insights and data support for GTM strategy formulation. Based on comprehensive market analysis, assist in formulating and implementing complex product positioning, pricing strategies, sales channels, and promotion plans. Work closely with product development, sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure effective communication and execution of strategies within the organization. Participate in key GTM projects, assist in planning, resource allocation, risk management, and monitor and optimize the project execution process. Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of GTM activities, including sales data, market feedback, and ROI, and adjust market strategies based on the analysis results. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above in marketing, business management, or a related field. 3-6 year of product-related experience, preferably with GTM experience in the consumer electronics or retail industry. Possess excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit. Proficient in market analysis tools and data analysis software, such as CRM systems. Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
