Job Title: Project Manager – Smart Metering Location: Bengaluru, India Experience: 4–8 Years Qualification: B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics (MBA preferred) About the Role We are seeking a skilled and proactive Project Manager to oversee and manage our Smart Metering projects in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with HES (Head-End System) and MDM (Meter Data Management) , and a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within scope. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end execution of Smart Metering projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality, and budget. Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients for seamless project delivery. Monitor and manage HES & MDM system integration, configuration, and troubleshooting. Prepare project schedules, progress reports, and status updates for stakeholders. Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies. Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve project-related issues promptly. Manage project documentation and ensure proper handover upon completion. Required Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of Smart Metering systems, especially HES and MDM . Excellent project management and team leadership skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools. Qualifications & Experience Education: B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics (MBA will be an added advantage). Experience: 4 to 8 years in project management, preferably in Smart Metering or Power Sector projects.
