The role offers exposure across core finance functions including financial reporting, compliance, and business finance.Role & Responsibilities- Lead financial accounting., viz. P2P cycle, O2C cycle or capitalization cycle - Assist in financial reporting and month-end/year-end closing activities - Support statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits - Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements - Work on direct and indirect taxation (GST, TDS, etc.) - Prepare and analyze financial statements and MIS reports - Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis - Coordinate with cross-functional teams for financial data and insights - Assist in process improvement and automation initiativesSkills & Qualifications- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Fresher - Articleship experience with Big 6 firms preferred - Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting - Basic knowledge of taxation (GST, TDS, compliance) - Proficiency in MS Excel; ERP knowledge is an added advantage - Good analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Detail-oriented with a proactive and learning mindset.
