Openhouse centres are neighbourhood learning hubs — thoughtfully designed micro-schools where children come not just to learn, but to explore music, art, chess, robotics, movement and more.About the Role:As the Revenue Manager, you are accountable for centre-level revenue across all programs — Preschool, Active Care, Parent Toddler Club, and Afterschool offerings.You will own acquisition and retention targets, optimise batch capacity, and work closely with the Centre Director to drive consistent, predictable growth.This is a high-ownership entrepreneurial role for someone who is target-driven, is strong at building parent relationships and wants to learn how to manage a business PnL.Key Responsibilities:Revenue Ownership- Own monthly and quarterly acquisition targets across all programs - Drive enrolments, renewals, cross-sell and upsell opportunities - Track performance against revenue goals - Identify churn risks and resolve concerns proactivelyPlanning & Reporting- Maintain clear target vs achievement tracking - Partner with the Centre Director on local growth strategiesBatch & Capacity Optimisation- Monitor batch utilisation across programs - Flag inventory gaps and growth opportunitiesThe Ideal Candidate:- 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or revenue-focused roles - Should be comfortable with owning numbers - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills - High ownership and ability to thrive in a dynamic environmentCompensation₹5-8 Lacs per annum fixed + ₹1-2 lacs performance based incentives.Things to note about the role- We only hire women for this role. - 6-day work week (one weekday off) - Weekend working is required - On-site role at an Openhouse centre in Bangalore
