Manager-Financial Due Diligence

Responsibilities: Executing client engagements in the area ofTransaction services, buy side / sell side due diligenceor Carve-outs assignments etc. Deliver work of the highest quality within budget. Framing management questions and writing diligence reports (including business overviews, historical sections, Quality of earnings adjustment section etc.) Solid understanding ofQoE, working capital, and KPI analysis Independent handling of large assignments and maintain a strong user connects Understand business & industry issues / trends. Identify areas requiring improvement in the client's business processes to enable preparation of recommendationsSkills: Proficient in data analysis & validation Proficient in excel and large volumes of data Ensure compliance with engagement plans and internal quality & risk management procedures Demonstrate an application & solution-based approach to problem solving technique Manage engagement budgets and support Senior Managers in developing marketing collaterals, business proposals and new solution / methodology development Develop strong working relationships with clientQualifications & Experience CA or MBA in Finance 8+ yearsNOTE: Applicant with AML/KYC experience will not be consideredInterested candidate can reach out to gopika.pai@ with your updated resume.
